European Ball Chain & Bead Chain Production Factory

Inside JOVIS: European Ball Chain & Bead Chain Manufacturing

Explore the production floor behind JOVIS metal ball chains and bead chains. With 30 years of sector experience, JOVIS combines high-output precision equipment, skilled operators and an in-house toolroom to manufacture custom chain for international B2B customers. This production gallery focuses on the machinery, process control and manufacturing expertise visible behind every finished chain—not a general company history.

Integrated Manufacturing: From Raw Metal to Finished Ball Chain

Raw materials enter our factory and finished, packed ball chains leave it. Forming the individual metal balls, connecting them into flexible chain, cutting to specification, nickel plating, coloring, surface finishing, inspection and packaging are handled within our production facility. Internal process coordination reduces unnecessary hand-offs and helps maintain dimensional and appearance consistency.

High-Efficiency Machinery and In-House Toolroom

Our advanced, high-productivity ball chain machines are continually improved by experienced toolmakers and technical personnel working in our own factory toolroom. Tooling maintenance, die adjustment, mechanical refinements and process optimization help improve output, precision, repeatability and manufacturing flexibility.

Precision Ball Forming, Cutting and Surface Finishing

Production covers ball chain and bead chain diameters from 1 mm to 10 mm, subject to application-specific engineering. Customers can specify cut lengths such as 1 m, 2 m or 5 m, or request 50 m spools. Stainless steel and nickel-plated variants, gold and rose-gold appearances and custom color finishes support industrial and decorative applications. Diameter, bead pitch, base metal, coating and connectors are agreed to match each end use.

Factory Quality Control and Periodic Breaking Tests

Our in-house quality activities include periodic chain breaking-strength tests alongside checks of bead formation, spacing, surface finish and assembly consistency. Test conditions and acceptance requirements depend on chain size, material, coating and intended application; no universal load rating is implied.

Flexible OEM/ODM Supply, Packaging and Worldwide Delivery

JOVIS supports prototype requirements, small orders and high-volume programs without a fixed minimum order quantity. Cutting, packing and shipping configurations are adapted to customer instructions, with worldwide dispatch. The result is one coordinated manufacturing workflow—from incoming raw material through forming, plating, coloring, inspection and final packaging.
